All the songs´ lyrics held by the website belong to the respective authors and their publication is made only for educational purpose as well as the study activities, the research, the criticism and the discussion. Pursuant to the article n.70/p.1/act 633/41, we show that the quotation or the reproduction of parts of the lyrics and their communication to the public are made only for criticism use or discussion (therefore not for a commercial use) and their are not in competition regarding the work´s economic utilization of the rightful author. For each lyrics is also showed the work´s title, the author´s name, the publisher and just in case, the translator´s name (a.70,p.2,act 633/41). The Youtube features that are available for its own users are used by the mean of a direct link from the Youtube videos which moreover allows the on-line songs listening. Youtube allows the incorporation of its own videos within other websites and it also provides to create the required HTML code. To make the user access to the songs´ videos, we´d like to underline that what Eremon does is just a mere caching activity that consists of doing some technical operations aimed at making easier the transmission of the informations on which Eremon doesn´t make any activities. Any streaming or downloading activity is totally excluded either for free or on payment. Therefore Eremon doesn´t have any control neither on the Youtube contents nor the relatives services, that the website makes on its own free autonomy (except the already mentioned technical operations linked with the Youtube website). The songs and the music videos got from www.youtube.com are the result of an economic irrelevant temporary reproduction because it´s transitional and incidental as well as essential part and parcel of a technologic process aimed at allowing an on-line transmission amongst third-party through Eremon as go-between the website users and YouTubeTM Therefore the user is invited to take vision of the specific informative reports, including the ones about Terms of use and Copyright, in the YouTubeTM website. Therefore the user is warned about the fact that Eremon can´t be considered responsible regarding the listening and the display of the music videos as well as for potential copyright violations. Eremon can´t be also considered responsible of the relatives services or the potential prejudicial consequences (economic, moral, etc.) linked with them, also indirectly, that the user could suffer. NOTICE - the reproduction, the communication to the public, the providing for the public, the renting and the loan, the public performance and the diffusion of works protected by copyright notice without any permission from the owner is forbidden.
